I agree with your Blog and I will be back to inspect it more in the future so please keep up your act. bybit referral code
erumhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11247307671477184726noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7462652546051300479.post-35605707332795577502012-07-09T14:06:00.572+01:002012-07-09T14:06:00.572+01:00Good point Martin. And that leads to the concerning issue of what happens if an FT finds that the consultant they have employed at £100k has no patients because they are not "popular". Will this lead to consultant self promotion? Will we find that skilled, but brusque clinicians will be given their P45?richard.bloggerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10589364986804437392noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7462652546051300479.post-86823946929331143792012-07-09T13:21:10.785+01:002012-07-09T13:21:10.785+01:00Excellent explanation, and all the better for bein...Excellent explanation, and all the better for being personal. The idea that everyone can have the best, whatever that may be is clearly nonsense. My only quibble is that best doctors may not be the most popular. Harold Shipman was very popular.Martin Rathfelderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06181601983018124050noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7462652546051300479.post-7839253699312966932012-07-08T19:03:34.263+01:002012-07-08T19:03:34.263+01:00Good explanation.

It's all a matter of how.

As far as I can see there are essentially 2 options

1. Need
2. Ability to pay

I have no doubts which is right and which is wrong.

Oh, and worth noting that seeing a non-consultant in clinic is not a sub-standard service also. I know this, because as a junior I know that whatever encounters I have with patients are supervised by my consultant. Cases are discussed all the time and they establish how to approach various clinical scenarios.

AFZalienfromzoghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07697239809192832680noreply@blogger.com
