Also there is some benefit in centralizing just because of skills and experience. One of the best indicators of successful outcomes is a department that does a lot of the procedure, which is why (e.g.) in order to have a high probability of a successful hip implant, choosing a department that does a few is a good policy.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
